As part of the future expansion plans, the Temple Theatre recently purchased most of the building we are in from our landlords, the Masonic Temple. The Masons have retained ownership of the 3rd floor and will remain right where they are.
The second floor of the Temple building is great office space and much of it is empty.
We are writing you to spread the word that we are seeking tenants.
• There are private bathrooms in almost all the offices
• We provide hall cleaning
• Parking is available right next door in our well maintained parking lot
• There is free trash removal
• We are installing wireless internet that will provide high speed internet to all tenants
• Rents are reasonable
• The building is secure and well maintained
There are many options available for your office, professional, or studio space. We will build to suit if needed. There are large suites and small single rooms that serve every need.

We're excited by the plans we are working on and look forward to some changes and additions to the Temple Theatre that we think will please Houlton.
